LITTLE  DRAGONS Hamstead Dragons are delighted to offer a special programme for 5 - 9 year olds, called Little Dragons. In past years children have had to cope with the same syllabus as the adults, but all that has changed. This new programme offers children the chance to study Tae Kwon Do, but in a more relaxed way, without compromising on the quality of training. It is designed to test the children in a more simplified way, without them feeling out of their depth. The programme is very rewarding with successful students obtaining a certificate and new belt regularly. The Little Dragons uniform is unique to the younger students, comprising of a white suit with purple edging, and an animated green dragon on the back and front. The objective of the Little Dragons programme is to help students build character, and  increase their self confidence, in a fun and controlled manner. Also gained from this programme the children, learn how to develop their focus, co-ordination, social skills and self control.
